Neon Indian is an indie electronic band from Denton, Texas. The music is composed by Mexican-born, lead singer Alan Palomo. For starters, the much-anticipated sophomore album Era Extraña was released just recently on September 13th. When I first heard Polish Girl, I immediately identified with the sad, wistful tone hanging over the song. And shamefully after a few listens, I realise that the title is not polish, as in nail polish, but nationality *embarrassed*. But ANYWAY, that’s beside the point. Neon Indian + Polish Girl = The epitome of chillwave. Enjoy :)
